• Pricing is a "package price" that includes a number of "upgrades" as standard features in all the units.
• All the stainless steel applicances are included in the price (you're cooking with gas) and a washer and dryer in each unit.
  
• All owners receive additional storage and 1-2 covered parking spots.
• A number of units feature the original hardwood floors, nicely re-finished. All of our ground floor studio suites and one bedrooms offer good-sized, fenced back yards, some even have front yards.

Home Owners Association Dues pays for each owners water, trash & waste. Additionally it covers all the exterior maintenance including but not limited to; roofs, paint, decks, patios, fences, common area & landscaping. As well as Professional Management of the Association & a general insurance policy covering the structures.
